Pre-Architecture
We dive deeper and go further than the traditional commissions, by offering pre-architecture advising in early phase for all our assignments. We believe that to reach an optimal result, it is necessary to uncover the full width of the project’s conditions and context, as well as the specific and generic demands concerning every assignment – before you start your architectural speculations.
The knowledge gained and brought into the project through initial analysis, master planning, feasibility studies, programming, and strategies ensures innovation, customization and informed designs.
Architectural Design
We love to make things better – that is why we strive to deliver a well-crafted, resilient design bespoke to your needs. Our service within architecture includes buildings, interiors, and landscaping, form ground up projects to adaptive reuse.
Architectural Production
In the Design Development phase we make the project viable. We coordinate the team of advisors and protect the interests of the client, to make sure the qualities of the schematic design are transferred to the completed project.
We have an extended experience as Architect of record, delivering documentation drawings and documents, and provide complex planning applications. We aid with all bidding procedures and contract documents, as well as project management and contract administration all the way through close-out.
Non-Architecture
Based on our wide range of experience we can offer additional services adjacent to the field of architecture. We assist clients with projects assessment giving advice in acquisition phase, uncovering possible land use, the implications of existing zoning or the need for one, as well as massing studies, project timeline, and compliance of Building Acts and Technical Regulations.
We conduct building condition audits in relevance to maintenance and management, sale of property, or as a starting point for property development. Further more we deliver services for parceling of plots, planning applications and visualization and illustration works.
